Hi Everyone,

I am trying to make outbound calls easier for everyone, and instead of asking everyone to dial 011 prefix, i tried to set up, in the outbound rule that every numer between 13 and 17 caracters starting with + to strip 1 digit and prepand 011.

But every dial attempt after this config update gives the following error:

17-mai-2016 18:47:20.001 [Flow] Target endpoint for +551131541000 can not be built!
17-mai-2016 18:46:10.239 [Flow] Target endpoint for +551131541000 can not be built!
17-mai-2016 18:45:53.307 [Flow] Target endpoint for +551131541000 can not be built!
17-mai-2016 18:42:52.139 [Flow] Target endpoint for +551131541000 can not be built!
17-mai-2016 18:42:13.645 [Flow] Target endpoint for +551131541000 can not be built!
17-mai-2016 18:41:31.373 [Flow] Target endpoint for +972XXXXXXXXX can not be built!

What does this exactly means?

IS one of the settings wrong?

Running v14sp3

Thank a lot!

Leejor,

I have read but did not understand exactly how to fix it.

It seems to be a different issue.

By making use of the 3CX e.164 settings you should be able to change the + into the required (international/national) prefix to then be handled by the outbound rules (which may also have to be "revised")
