TCP connection to activate

Hello, community,

I needed assistance in 3CX, It was working well but for one day not receives calls from out the network, now we receives calls correctly , but below error I'm getting:
"3CX failed to establish a TCP connection to activate.3cx.com.
Ensure that the local or border firewalls are configured to allow outbound traffic to activate.3cx.com"
also firewall Firewall Check i getting:
testing 3CX PhoneSystem 01 SIP Server... failed
testing port 5060... Mapping does not match 5060. Mapping is 1024

I use RaspberryPi 4
Version 18 update 2

You are not on the latest software release since you are running the PBX on a RaspberryPi, wich is unsupported.
Therefore you cant update past 18.2 and you cant reach the activation server is my guess.

3CX will update its SSL certificates, which expire annually, on 1st December. These are necessary to activate the PBX and allow secure connections between your customers’ installation and our activation server.

In order for your clients' systems to continue to function without any problems, you have one day left to upgrade them to v18 Update 5. This is important for your customers to remain able to (re-)activate and refresh license key(s) information.

As of December 1st, you must upgrade to V18 SP5. I don't know what more 3CX could have done to make this clear. They have been pounding everyone about this for over a year. I suggest you review the supported platforms and upgrade your infrastructure accordingly.

I have removed and reinstalled to V18 uprage 6 Build 905
Still the error repeats,

Fix your firewall.
