i did read this topic https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/teams-presence-sync.136028/, but we have an issue with that.
Situation. I put an appointement in my calender where my status is set to Busy.
current status, Available, Sync to 3CX, Available. OK
Change status to Busy, 3CX stays on available. OK.
I want to present something in Teams, therefore Teams is set to DND. 3CX also sync to DND. OK
But, when I'm finished, the status in Teams is goiing back to Busy, but 3CX remains in DND.
Logical, but not the action I want. I cannot 'map' Busy to Available in 3CX. Why?
How can that be solved?
