Hi!
Yes, that is true.
New trunks will have to be configured manually if you want to use them. If you have a V18 Update 3 though the template should still be available for now, although it will be removed in V18 Update 4.
That's what I was wondering. In an IT owner's group that I'm part of they were the most highly recommended provider for SIP trunks with 3CX at the end of last year which is why we went with them. Why was Telnyx removed? We use them for several customers. This is not good.
Nothing, whatever is configured will remain configured in your 3CX. If it worked before, it should continue to work as before. What will happen in the future with the customers I have that use Telnyx for SIP trunk?
Does this apply only to Hosted by 3CX? If not, can we know the reason why suddenly they wouldn't be supported anymore?Nothing, whatever is configured will remain configured in your 3CX. If it worked before, it should continue to work as before.
The only thing that changes is the level of support the 3CX Support Team will be able to give you in case of a problem that involves the SIP Trunk provider.
No, it applies generally to 3CX, not only to Hosting by 3CX.Does this apply only to Hosted by 3CX?
Will they continue to be supported for SMS?No, it applies generally to 3CX, not only to Hosting by 3CX.
That is unclear at the moment, but on a slightly different note, we will probably be adding new SMS Provider soon. Will they continue to be supported for SMS?
