Terminated by Parking orbit

Have a client complaining that when they put callers on hold (shared parking) the calls are being dropped. I checked the logs and I see a lot of "Terminated by Parking orbit (SP1)" today. Wondering if someone can help me understand what it means and how to explain/resolve for the client?

They are on v20u5 pro license.
