I tried to make a demo but when compile I receive this mistake

Unexpected character '$'

I put as your sample the following function
CONCATENATE("Your account balance is $",callflow$.AccountBalance)

Where is the mistake ?

That error is usually caused by missing quotes in a constant string. Did you define the callflow variable "AccountBalance"? Can you show exactly the error you receive (including the line and column number)?

Can you show me here and how create the "AccountBalance" callflow ? I didn't find in the step by step manual.

In the Project Explorer window, select the callflow object. Then go to the Properties Window and click on the button on the right of "Variables". There you can add your variable.
