I have installed 3cx on windows 11, I can access the console via FQDN but can't access it from any other computer. what could be the issue?
Thank you for your reply... I am trying to access it from both sides, neither from the network nor outside the LAN I'm I able to access it. It's only working on the serverRegarding your question, are you trying to access the management console from computers within the same network as the 3cx system machine? or from outside the network where the machine is installed since you are mentioning the firewall?
Resolved. To access the management console within the same network, you must create Split DNS to point the external FQDN to the local IP on your on-premise server. From outside, you need to open (NAT port forward) the HTTPS port specified when you installed the system on your firewall (TCP 5001 by default).
