The Outbound Caller ID for users as name instead number

Pleas, it possible add in User configuration / cell Outbound Caller ID / get name instead number ?
If yes, this value will present in SIP trunk setup during call to public operator ?

The name and number are two different fields. Sending a number is most times, a requirement, as sending no number can prevent the call from completing..

Sending a name will depend on your provider. A name can be set in a couple of places...against the trunk, and against the extension. Where the name is taken from, will depend on the outbound trunk parameters (that you can set), and your providers requirements (which field they are looking for the name).

If you have not yet done so, talk to your provider about how they handle name display.

The user Outbound caller ID is a number, usually the DID number of the extension. You can set a name of the user in the extension settings. Some SIP devices can also hold a name, which can be sent in some cases.

But the public operator must confirm, where he will expect the name.

That can vary, depending on the provider. Best to confirm with them.

After is also necessary make the configuration in SIP trunk Outbound parameters.

These parameters will determine which name/number will be sent, and taken from where. Again, check with your provider, they can tell you where they expect the information.
