Hello everybody,

I am having problems with IP Phone Yealink T21P. The device is remotely configured using STUN.
The day before I checked, made a successful call, but today did not succeed. I did not change anything else about the configuration.

"The phone made a successful call, but could not hear the call."
Can anyone please help me with my problem? Thanks

It is probably a firewall issue on the remote side.

try an echo test by dialling *777 - are you hearing yourself?

Is SIP ALG turned off on the router?

You may need to configure a static IP for remote phone and port forward the local SIP and RTP ports to this phone on remote router.

Try restarting the router too.

Did you set STUN phone and remote settings according to 3CX doc ?
Or did you just plug the phone remotely and try to use it directly?

In most cases, a single SIP device, on a remote router won't have issues, but, it can depend on the router. Many home routers also include SIP capability (built-in ATAs), that, while not being used currently at that location, and therefore overlooked, can affect a "new" SIP device being used

PBX Delivers Audio option under the extension?

second vote for PBX delivers audio. Also... what is the list of codecs on this extension?

Have you run the 3CX Firewall checker? Did it all pass successfully?

With a single device, at a remote location, it should not be necessary to enable PBX Delivers Audio, as that is the only option. The audio cannot attempt to route directly, between two remote devices, at the same location, since there aren't two.

Check the 3CX Activity Log for any "anomalies".
