Our teams use the 3CX Windows Client but we want to transition to the Web Client.
One thing that is preventing this is the ping that you hear when a second call is waiting.
When we use the Windows Client the ping only appears once, but on the Web Client it pings every few seconds. It makes the call unbearable.
Can the Web Client not mirror the functionality of the Windows Client in this regard?
