Hi there,

We have a Grandstream GRP2615 provisioned with two 3CX accounts, both are registered and can receive inbound calls, even though when an outbound call is made from the second line, it can't connect. We see in the traces that the phone sends the SIP invite with the authentication credentials and then the 3CX does not respond.

May someone help us to fix this issue?

Below is the trace. In the red circle, you will see the SIP invites to which 3CX does not respond. Also, I inform you that we have other IP phones provisioned with two accounts with no problems. We just get this issue only with this IP phone.

PBX Information;

-3CX version: 18.0
-Server OS: Debian 10
-Hosting: Self-hosted on AWS
-IP phone information:
model: Grandstream GRP2615
firmware: 1.0.7.33
-Has the firewall checker passed? Yes
-Are custom Phone Templates being used: Yes

We don’t provide support with two accounts on one devise. Only a single extension per devise can be provisioned with 3cx and therefore supported.
