Dear colleagues, is there any possibility to implement a function that alerts the caller now talking on the other line?

That is, both the mobile - I call subscriber and kind girl tells me that the caller is talking now, I can wait or call back later.
On 3cx-enabled "I want to take more than 1 call at the same time" if the second call - he hears all tezhe long beeps, waits concludes that the called party is not there, frustrated and no longer calls. (

I assume you mean a Call Waiting tone. I'm not entirely clear on what sort of scenario you are using, but for call waiting to work, both ends must support the feature.

Some addition (more detailed) information about your particular set-up might be of help.
