Probably a newbie question but for some reason I get the error message "There was no user or outbound rule found for the number+41xxxxxxxxx" when dialled as +41xxx. It works if I dial 0041xxx (3cx app).

I have enabled E.164 Processing.

I have a rule to process any outgoing call with "0" and another to process call with "+", both to our SIP trunk. But for some reason the system does not find a suitable rule when dialling with "+"

Hello @A.Takacs ,

Please have a read here about the e164 (Link)

Could it be that you need to set the international dial-code lile 011 or 00 in the e164 setup?

Thanks

I am admitedly a bit confused

My setting are as follow (we are in Switzerland - country code 41)

The outbound rules

If I call a non Swiss number (say +49 - Germany) it works as expected.
If I call a Swiss number (+41) I get the error

Hi,

Try the following:
Do not select the "Remove if same country".

Also put something in the area code, like "02", and put in the "National code", like "0". This part is not so important, just better not empty.

Then try again, it should dial out like 0041x. (I hope)

Now it tries to dial 04179 ...

But this seems to work for all cases
