Third party integration and necessary APIs available for 3cx v12 or greater!

I am searching for the third party integration API for 3cx v12 or greater to integrate our CRM.

The basic idea of this is:

• When a call receives, it will load our Call Entry log form from our CRM (in this case CSMS) through the PABX application and insert data like, incoming mobile number, call time, extension, name etc. automatically.
• Once CRM gets the number, it will show customer history and other information’s
• Add more information like customer query and action taken
• Click2Call from CSMS customer profile

I would appreciate this community help.
