Hi,

This is not the first time my FQDN brings me to an instance that is not my current one :

I think this one was a "Hosted by 3CX" but I never used it and it does not appear on my customer portal.
Please kill this instance.

I'm here to see 3CX's reply.

Most definitely not.

Ooh, he's been making several instances and using his license.

No I was not connected to somebody else instance.

The screenshot shown was from the instance created by the migration system when I tried the "Hosted by 3CX".

Fact is that I've used the same system to go back to an on-premise option and this instance should have been deleted automaticaly.

Quentin,

Please read this and ask to have the 3CX Hosted instance you deployed deleted.
https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/delete-instance-hosted-by-3cx.75573/

Then delete the machines you created in your own private hosting and keep only one.

Also, avoid posting your FQDN and IP publicly, I will remove it this time.

Nope, I'm not gonna do that.
The instance on my own private hosting is the one to keep.

I cannot send the request you suggest because my FQDN is already used by my running instance.
I've check this morning while have access to the "old one" and there's no way to unlink my license manually.

Now you have deleted the screenshot I do not even have the IP address so I cannot provide it until the problem occurs again.

Hi Quentin,

Going back to on premise will not delete the Hosted by 3CX machine so keep that in mind if in case you wish to use "Hosted by 3CX" in the future. You can always contact us to delete it for you though simply by following the instructions in the link above.

By deletion, we mean deleting the machine hosted by 3CX only - this will not remove your license or FQDN linked to that license, and this will not affect your own self-hosted machine which should continue to work normally just as it did before.

If you need any clarifications on this matter before you proceed let us know and we will be glad to help.

As per ticket, all done.
