Hello,
We have a very simple request for a customer that has set office hours from 08-00-20.00:
- From 08.00-09.00 incoming calls are routed to an extension
- From 09.00-20.00 incoming calls are routed to a Digital Receptionist
Is there any simple way to achieve this without using the Call Flow Designer?

Create a dummy extension, and route calls using the autoswitch function and relevant call forwarding.

https://www.3cx.com/3cxacademy/videos/intermediate/time-day-routing/

Use the auto-switch feature.

In regards to office hours:

Available = working/In office.
Away = on a break.
DND = out of the office hours.

Point incoming trunk to this dummy extension,

Virtual extension worked.
For anyone that might be interested:
- All incomig calls were routed to that Virtual ext.
- The irtual ext. had Auto Switch enabled under its forwarding rules. Global office hours (08.00-20.00) were used, but it had specific Break hours (08.00-09-00)
- When Available (office hours) and Not registered, calls went to the DAY Digital Receptionist
- When Away (Brek time) and Not registered, calls went to the specific extension that we were requested
- When DND (out of office hours) and Not registered, calls went to the NIGHT Digital Receptionist

This may be closed.

Thank you,
George
