Hello,
How can we restrict external calls on an extension in V20 to only receive internal calls during closed hours?
In V18, we used inbound rules.
In V20, there are departments, but it is not practical to create dozens of departments for each user.
We tried using status scheduling, but it switches to "Do Not Disturb," which prevents internal calls.
