Time Based Routing

I could have sworn there was a time base to change the status of the user to away or DND during certain times.

Has this changed?

Yes i see that now but now i have to setup in office hours.

I had only break times setup prior so now if i do not put office hours what is it considered? Would it still be in the available status?

The autoswitch can still use custom hours or office hours. If no hours are set, it's set to "available" all the time yes.

Actually, this is not working. Because there are not office hours, it goes to a DND status
