We have a installation of 3CX Professional and the time is forward by 1 hour on it, reports, event and activity logs, dashboard all 1 hour ahead.

Time is set to UK London and the Windows PC it is hosted on also has the correct time set but 3CX is 1 hour ahead.

It is only affecting this 1 system. Version 15.5.13103.5

Hello @benratty

The PBX gets the time for these settings from the PBX machine so i would recommend double checking that the time on the machine the PBX is installed on is correct.

We have checked it and currently the machine with the PBX says 15:13 and 3CX logs and dashboard system status are showing 16:12

We have tried restarted both 3CX and the machine its hosted on and no change time still incorrect

This is the VM screenshot with 3CX portal open on it showing difference in time.

What is the timezone the server machine is on right now?

What is the timezone the server machine is on right now?

Just further note, the 3CX system is now showing 17:05 and server host 16:07. What is odd is that all our call queues are set to forward to an out of office number at 17:00 and they are not so the call queues or queue service seems to have the correct time.

We have been considering changing this PBX to 3CX on Debian Linux same as all our other PBX's to get rid of issues with Windows as we havent had any problems with those on Debian.

Can we migrate 3CX from Windows platform to the Debian build? Is it just as simple as restoring the backup?

Yes, the backups are compatible between Windows and Linux.

Still going to migrate to Linux, but I resolved this time problem.

Despite the time on Windows being correct, 3CX reported it in the management console as 1 hour ahead but the queues, timezone/holidays and reports in 3CX acknowledge the correct time.

I set the date/time in Windows to automatic, then set the daylight sayings ON. The time is now correct on both server and 3cx console.

Glad to see the issue has been resolved and thank you for updating the thread with your solution.
