Hi Community,
Starting yesterday (without any changes to our phone system or network setup) users cannot login to the Webclient or Apps anymore if they are outside of our internal network.
The webserver (NGINX) is available from the outside and is able to serve the static files of the webclient. Only the requests which are proxied to the Management Console Service (/var/run/phonesystem/management_console01.socket) are timing out when the requests originate from the outside of the network.
I'm also not able to find anything related in the logs. Does anybody have an idea on how to debug this issue further?
Version: 18.0 Update 3 (Build 461)
Hosted: On-premise on Debian
