Timezone on 3CX App

Hi All,

I've got a 3CX system with the timezone set as -8:00 Pacific time for Vancouver, Canada. I've got 2 users who are located physically in Winnipeg, Canada (Central Timezone) but they are seeing the wrong time on their local device.

Is there any way I can update the timezone on their local 3CX App device to be local time for them in Winnipeg?

Hello @bitsio ,

You can create a new Department with only the 2 users.
Set the timezone in the department settings acordenly.
Make sure the users main department is this new 'timezone' department.
However the 2 users can be members of other departments as well, so there should not be any real change.
Now the timezone should be fine for the 2 users.
