Hi,
could it be possible to keep the " nav bar" always visible on top of forum windows?
this avoid scrolling a lot when in bottom of threads with lot of contentl and just want to come back to previous starting point

Also , on french forum there's a set of emoticons that are best than the one used here, can you replace with the same here ?
