Solved To show offline users in 3CX Web Client

[bule007]

Hello,

I have a weird question. We have 10 users 3CX extension and mostly using Chrome Web Client Extension.

Questions :
How do I show offline users on Web Clients ? As compared to Yealink Handset, if the extension is offline, the BLF key is off on handset.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
