Tone notifications in serveral situations during call

Hi,
is there a way to setup different signal / tones for the following situations:

1. During outbound call we want to play an "click/piep tone" when call is successfully established
2. During outbound and inbound call we want to play an "click/piep tone" when call ends (call partner hang up)
3. On outbound call we want to play an "partner is busy tone/wav" in case of foreign partner line is busy

Any idea here?

You have mentioned "click/piep tone" for outbound calls and "partner is busy tone/way" in case of foreign partner line is busy. I'm not really following under what situations the tones play, or who should hear the tones. Who hears the tones effects how we do it.

Hi Matthew,
the issue is because e.g. when our sales dept is calling customers they complain that say don't have an audio event (like former busy tones on traditional phone systems) in case of foreign partner line is busy.

In the default setup the call (establishment) will end without audio feedback immediately in case of line is busy.

I'm not sure how to explain better

Hummmm, I think what you are saying is if you call an outside party, and the other party's phone is busy, rather than hearing the "busy" tone, you hear nothing. If that is the case, perhaps this is an issue with your SIP provider? I have never experienced this problem before.

It would be interesting to know what 3CX events fire in this case. Normally we can detect when the call is unsuccessful, and initially I thought perhaps we could barge in and play a tone. Unfortunately, I think the call has to be connected to perform a barge. So, the only other option would be to play a tone on the agents PC.

Have you discussed this issue with your carrier?
