How long does it take for the system to allow new login attempts? Been waiting a long time and still same message.

Yes I have two accounts and my other account is different, I used the wrong account, not sure I see an issue but I need to log in!

Here are also instructions on how to remove blocked IP address and prevent it from happening in the future:

Kindly note that to remove a blocked IP address, you must have administrative access to the 3CX Management Console.

1. Log in to the 3CX Management Console from a different IP address that is not blocked.
→If 3CX is on your network, use a different computer.
→If 3CX is in the cloud, use your mobile phone data plan for this (turn off Wi-Fi!).

2. Access Dashboard→PBX Status→Blacklisted IPs.

3. To prevent a particular IP address from being blocked in the future, remove the entry. Then whitelist a specific IP address indicating that you want this IP to be allowed by changing "Deny" to "Allow". This would be useful for your operations static external office, for example.

Thanks for the instructions. Not sure why log-in message says try again later and not 'Blocked IP' just makes no sense.

And also let us know where the 3cx system is hosted?

AWS, even after I reset IP list I have an issue where it just won't take the password. Works outside my network but not within using the same login details.

Are you maybe connecting via FQDN/webclient vs the FQDN? Those would be different credentials.
