Total number of External Calls Report

Is it possible in V20 that you can devise a report showing the total number external calls made.

At the moment you'd have to export a call log and then use filters and forumlas in excel.

may be quicker to export a call cost by ext dept?

You can get this information from the CDR files. Depending on how easy/hard it is to access those files (depending on where your PBX is hosted), that might be a straightforward way to automate the process.
