Trabsfer by password - Digital Receptionist?

Hello,

I would like to implement a feature, where a caller can enter a (6 digit) code to be connected to an external number (or special queue/extension). This is used for a support number, where a caller that has a password can enter it and be connected to another phone number or extension.

Anyone has an idea on how to do that? Do we need the call flow designer or is there another way to make this word?

I am not aware of anyway to do this (require a multi-digit PIN) in the native application. I assume the VAD may be able to offer some relief.

The DR is based upon the input of a single digit.
