Solved Training Videos for V18

I notice that there are new training videos for 3CX, is there one for people that have already done the 3CX V16 training and just want to know what's changed?

Hi @greychain,

The training remains the same fundamentally, the only extras added in are thing you may have picked up from the 3CX Blog already: The new Desktop App, call by name dialling with first name etc.

To be honest I'm swamped with emails, instant messages telephone calls and watching cat videos on you tube.
