Transcription / IA not working

Hello,

We have an Enterprise license and the transcription feature is no longer working.


3cxai version : 1.2.5
3cxpbx version : 20.0.8.1121

I don't understand why, but everything is greyed out now. However, everything seems to be configured correctly:

But in the recordings tab, if we try to click on 'transcribe', it turns grey and nothing happens:

Please note that 3CX transcription is not available for the AI license edition that replaced the enterprise edition.
3CX cloud transcription was available only for the enterprise plus edition.
