Hello,

I'm trying to set up a method to send call recordings to be transcribed. Is there a way to access the recordings through an outside integration? Maybe API access recent recordings through polling or even better set up a webhook when new calls are recorded so a bespoke third party app could access the calls?

Appreciate any direction towards this.

There are no 3rd party tools that we advise upon and none that should be used with 3cx, transcription though is offered directly from 3CX via Google.

Thanks. I'm not interested in voicemail transcription, but rather extracting call recordings in some automated fashion then build on my own environment.

I encourage you to take a look at our 3CX Recording Manager tool. It includes the ability to transcribe recordings as well as many other features.

Thanks all, I am intending on building the final solution myself and integrating into our own system. Is there a link to the documentation on 3cx official API's? Have not seen one. I recall seeing a post from 3CX that APIs were coming but have not seen anything.

There's no documentation yet, but some reverse engineering can help you for sure...
