Transcriptions - auto export

Hello,
I have request to export summary of calls that are transcript and make another summary what happaned that day. In first phase it is ok just to export and mail those summary.

As far as I see, 3CX does not offer that in-build option. Can you point me what and how to do this?

Yeah, use the API to grab all the summaries in the ReportCallLogData endpoint.

I think what you are requesting is to have AI generate a summary of every phone call, then, at the end of the day create a "call log" report that combines all the summaries into one document that is emailed? If I have understood what you are trying to achieve, this is not something 3CX does out-of-the-box, but certainly something that could be done with custom development.
