I see this post says the feature was implemented. Can anyone tell me where to find it, and how to use it?

Hi @pbomboy,

This is handled in the Web Client under Settings >> Status, you then select to Forward External Calls to [Another extension] and check the Voicemail box.

What he meant was to transfer an existing voicemail message from one user to another, kinda like we can forward chat messages now.

Thanks @Frederick Marcoux, for pointing that out.

@pbomboy, I'm going to guess that it was accidentally marked as implemented. The only way to forward existing VMs to another extension is via 999.

I encourage you to take a look at our 3CX Voicemail Manager tool. Not only can you easily forward voicemails to a colleague via a simple web interface, we also provide the ability to add an "introduction" at the start of the voicemail.

For example, you might want to add something like "Hey Susan, I received this voicemail about the big project we were talking about yesterday". This gives your colleague some context about the source of the voicemail.

In addition, we provide many more enhancements to 3CX including improved group voicemail (MWI updates), voicemail escalation, manager access to voicemails, archiving, and much more.

Is anyone using this add-on?

If you would like a web demo, I can arrange that for you. We also offer a 30-day trial period if you want to try it yourself.
