Transfer and conference with a Yealink W52P

Can anyone point me to where I find out how to transfer calls and conference callers with a Yealink W52P?

As far as conferencing, you need to be a little more specific as to what type. 3-way calling, conference call using 3CX conference dial-in, etc.

Thank you for that document it was very helpful. On conferencing, I was referring to 3-way calling. Anything you can share on the 3-way calling would be greatly appreciated.
