Transfer call question

Our phone system is configured to use attended transfer.

So when we are on a call we pres xfer on the phone ( fanvil X210 ) dial the extension and when we want then to transfer the call we press xfer again and then hang up.

Is there any chance to configure the system so that we don't have to press the second xfer button but that we can just hang up and the call get then automatically transfered?

The reason is that this is how it worked on the previous phone system and people are struggling to adjust.

Hi Stephan,

This is how attended transfers work on those devices, and it's not something that can be configured via the phone system (its an operation that happens on the device).

It may still be possible to do so, but you would have to look up the manufacturers documentation and see if they provide such means.
