Transfer chat to queue

Hello,

It would be nice to be able to transfer chats between queues and to be able to "return" a chat to the queue. For example, if a chat comes into the parts queue. An agent notices the chat is a question relating to support and not for parts. It would be nice if the agent could transfer the chat to the support queue. Currently chats can only be transferred to other extensions, unless I'm missing something.

It would also be nice to be able to "return" the chat to the queue after an agent takes the chat.

Bonus points, if permissions are added for which users are allowed to transfer chats.

Transfer chat to queues feature will be available in upcoming V18 Update 6, so stay tuned.
