Transfer extension to direct SIP calls?

Hi!

I don't know if this has been asked already, but would it be possible to forward an extension to for example [email protected] instead of a regular telephone number?

However, as Matt said, are you also intending this for hard phones?

No, actually I was asking about a forward, so for example, if line 1001 doesn't pick up an incoming call, the call will automatically be forwarded to, for example, [email protected]. This you can already type in today in the forwarding configuration of voip lines. However, I don't think the server understands what to do with this information, it can only process real phone numbers.
