Transfer from Android to IP Phone

Hello, I have been trying to figure this out but can't. what I am trying to do is transfer a call from my android phone to my desk phone that are both provisioned under the same extension. It would be more of moving a call than actually transferring it.

Please note that you can do this with either enabling accept multiple calls under extension settings / Forwarding rules and just blind transfer the call to your extension or with parking the call and picking it up from the deskphone.
