Transfer License

Is there a way I can take a pro license and move it to a different customer. I had someone who found out they had a contract with another carrier and wanted to switch back. And i have a customer I already started and wants to upgrade

Yes, If you go to the license´s Customer site, ( https://customer.3cx.com/ ) you should be able to release the FQDN.
The license´s Customer site depends on who the Key are registered to. If you used the Customer´s e-Mail, they have the login info for the key. If you registered the key with your e-mail, you will find the key to Release on your own Partner Site, below Keys, and by clicking on the key, you will be able to release this.

Hereafter go the the 3CX Management / License and click on Replace License Key -> Add the Key you just released.
