Transfer Time

Ok i have a weird question not sure if anyone has had this issue im having the user transfer a call i've programmed my Grandstream phone to use *2 when pressing the transfer button as to be able to do a simpler attended transfer. this is where my issue comes in. when it asks for the extension and gives me tone it only has a 4 second period to put in an extension. is there anyway to make that time longer??? Please any help is much appreciated and thank you before hand for any help

Try to add the following flags into /etc/asterisk/features_general_custom.conf:
transferdigittimeout=6
featuredigittimeout=3000

Then execute:
asterisk -rx "module reload"
