Have recently setup 3cx for a client.
They would like to achieve the following
Once a caller is transferred to an extension, and before vmail kicks in (20 secs), the caller can press "*" to be transferred to the operator.
This can be done once the vmail is connected to, but not (afaik) prior.
Is there anyway to do this?
