I know that you can transfer to voice mail via the *4 code however it is kind of a pain to have to look up an extension number first then remove from the lookup to type the *45215 to send to voicemail of a user. It would be nice that when you did a lookup for a transfer via the softphone that you would not only see the persons cell number and or other numbers but a transfer to voicemail option that you could then click on and it would know to dial the call code to send to that users VM Box.
