Please, please, please tell me there is a way to transfer an incoming call directly to someone's voicemail? My 14 year old PBX I'm replacing even has this feature. I've look all over in the console, and on this forum, and can't find a way.
Scenerio:
Call comes in from outside to operator. Caller asks if John Smith is there. Operator calls John Smith, but John doesn't want to take the call. The operator connects back to the caller and asks if they want voicemail. At that point the operator transfers to the call to voicemail.
