Transferring via client

Hello

Is it possible to do attended transfer by clicking on the avatar of extensions?

At the moment I seem to park my call and end up in a new call with no way to put it through.

Would be really useful if the search function shows internal extensions at the top of the list before sorting by alphabetical.

Hi @kieferschild

Making an attended transfer by clicking on the avatar of the extension from the webclient is not possible as this will cause you to call that extension instead.

The only way to make an attended transfer is to click the attended transfer on the dialer first.
