I have found multiple threads on renewing licensing, but nothing that references what I'm seeing. I have a trial Enterprise 32SC license that I'm ready to activate/renew as a paid license, but when I select renew beside the message telling me it is expiring in 19 days, the next window will not show any pricing and the "Add to Cart" button is grayed out. Am I doing something wrong? I'm doing this through my partner portal. I don't have that much programmed on the system at this point as I was just playing around with a couple extensions and configuring/testing a HA SBC setup, all of which I can easily start from scratch if needed.

Did you pick a quantity in the 'Renew Subscription' section?

Yes, I selected 1 year. When that didn't change anything, I tried other year options too, but nothing would pop up the pricing or change the Add to Cart from being grayed out.

I'd try logging out of the partner portal and logging back in. I've seen it act up if you've been logged in for some time when transitioning over to the orders section. Try clearing your cache and making sure you using a current version of Chromium Edge/Firefox/Chrome. If none of those work, use the partner contacts on the home page of the partner portal.

Ok, thanks. It's still the same thing. I also tried it by going to my licenses section and clicking renew from there. That brings up an upgrade window but the add to cart is still grayed out there also. What's weird is that screen lets me choose a different edition and smaller SC options which then throws up a price and opens the add to cart button, but if Enterprise and 32SC is selected, there's no price and add to cart is grayed out. I'll go to the partner contacts on the home page as suggested. Do you think it would be just as easy to unlink my lightsail cloud account and do a new license from scratch. As mentioned, it wouldn't be a big deal for me to redo the SBC's and little bit of programming I had in already. I didn't even have my trunks built yet, so not much to do if I started over.

You wouldn't need to do that. You can't replace free/trial keys with other free/trial keys, but you can replace them with paid keys. So you can just buy a key and then replace it in the management console, keeping your settings/FQDN.

That'll be perfect. Thanks for the help!

@4x4jackson we checked the subscriptions and due to it was hosted once with us, there was a restriction left that it cannot be above 24SC. Has been fixed, you may renew now the existing subscription!

Thanks Stefan! That worked. One other question. I did do a backup before switching to Amazon Lightsail and downloaded it to my laptop. I'm trying to figure out how to get that uploaded. I also did not stop services on the original 3CX hosted server before running the wizard. Looking in my partner portal, it still looks like it may be tied into the 3CX hosted system yet even though I see the instance connected on the Lightsail account. Under instances in the portal it shows 3 extensions and the previous IP address info. If I log into the newly created/transferred 3CX system, I only have 1 extension built because I didn't do a restore yet and the IP address is different (matches the new Lightsail instance). It seems like I'm stuck in the middle of the migration yet?

my team will contact you

Ok, thank you.
