Hi - I spent a long weekend setting up a new instance of hosted 3CX v20 to replace our self hosted v18 instance. Everything was working fine. Went to log in today using the system owner account and my credentials were rejected. Requested password reset. Nothing - no email received. There is one administrator account and my colleague (this is his account) tells me the system owner account is gone completely from users! How is this, and how can the situation be recovered. I am about to press the button on licensing this instance. FQDN is: rushmon.3cx.uk

Many thanks
Mike

Do you work with a 3CX partner who can check this for you? If you manage the system yourself, you’re welcome to open a ticket directly with 3CX support for assistance.

Hi Charles, thank you - we do have a partner we purchase licenses from, but they aren't able to help with this one they say. Not sure how to open a ticket that doesn't cost us £90 though!

@rushmon I have sent you a PM with the details of who is the system owner.
Also as advised, check your M365 as this is the mail server you have set up on the PBX side
and not the 3CX SMTP.
