trnfering calls

i am having problems tranfering calls useing the 3cx soft phone i habe the small business ed so iam useing cal assitatant but wthen a call comes in i use the transfer buton on the call assint dial the ext that i want to tranfer the call to but when i hang up i drop all of the calls what am i doing worng ?

3cx softphone version 1 can't handle more than 1 line. Probably thats why 2nd call doesn't go through.

Why don't you try using SJ or Eyebeam?
