Yes add the remote IP in 3cx Whitelist OptionPing will show the remote IP, not the PBX one.
It doesn't matter.OK, I added all the IPs on the 3CX system to Telnyx. No joy.
ping Telynx and got 192.76.120.10
Not sure how to whitelist this?
As above, it doesn't matter. The Telnyx IP would not get blocked by 3CX. And Telnyx doesn't block IPs right now, only during DDoS attacks, but it is always good to have the PBX whitelisted in there.Yes add the remote IP in 3cx Whitelist Option
This will do the trick if the Telnyx SIP Trunk it's not registering. The best solution is to create the SIP Trunk from scratch by selecting a new SIP Trunk from 3CX country Worldwide
All the settings must be the default
Just add the Username password from Telnyx and finish.
@SOTASOTA just been through this issue with Telnyx on my own.
I moved my PBX from on-prem to Cloud on VULTR, and the IP Address that has been assigned to my compute was now whitelisted on Telnyx's Portal, so the SIP Trunks were not getting up.
After contacting them, I figured out that if I add the IP Address on the My Account, the trunk will go up.
Try to whitelist the IP Address as the colleague @Rashid Raza mentioned in a comment on this thread and you will see it working.
Hope this helps.
P.S: This was put in place after Telnyx was DDoS'ed about 2-3 weeks ago.
Whitelisting only applies during DDoS attacks. Oh, and we tried that. As I said, I use Telnyx, I know what to do.This will do the trick if the Telnyx SIP Trunk it's not registering.
