Why do i get this error

Registration at Fonet 1599 has failed. Destination (sip:[email protected]:5060) is not reachable, DNS error resolving FQDN, or service is not available.

do you use google dns on network settings (8.8.8.8) ? if not try this

You can also try in Trunk settings in console to swtich provider url and replace it with your provider IP adress , and try to trunk register again.

your home ISP could be blocking VoIP Applications.

i turned back to last backup, and now it works

if you nslookup your fqdn, did it return your public IP adress?

it worked after i used the backup, but it runs in trouble again later, from the terminal in 3cx i can ping everything to the right IP, what is going on with 3cx dns systems

It wouldn't be a "3CX DNS" issue. You generally have a choice of which DNS servers you use. This can be the default, from your provider, or many use the Google servers (8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4). Perhaps check the settings in your router and or server, to see which one is being specified. Many (especially home users) have the devices set to default DNS to their routers IP.

3cx uses 8.8.8.8

But 3CX has no control over that DNS server. It belongs to Google. There may have been, but I can't recall any issues with it. There may have been a local network issue in accessing it.

Another alternative DNS server is 1.1.1.1

It's possible that Fonet were having some issues. Many VOIP providers prefer you to use IP address rather than fqdn - it might be worth finding out what Fonet advise.
