TRUNK in red color

I am in UAE,I am configuring first time DInstar 2000F and 3cx Ver20.0 Trail version.Need guidance and support to fix the Trunk configuration,

Having a trunk with a red flag can be a minor thing like : trunk provider is not supported by 3CX, but this doesn't mean your trunk is not working at all.

Are you only worried with the red flag in console or is it the trunk not working ?

Within the Trunk config you should have the Check SIP Trunk option.
