- Trunk Analysis - confirms working DNS resolution for your provider's Registrar or SIP Server, and also confirms correct authentication for registration-based providers
- Inbound Call verification - analyses an inbound call to confirm correct interoperability, including SIP Header analysis and audio/video Codec matching and sequence
- Outbound Call verification - triggers and analyses an outbound call to check correct functionality, again through correct interpretation of SIP Headers by the provider's SIP server
